Keyword Glossary

This is a list of all keywords currently used in the Infinity Heroes “Proof of Concept” build.

Arrival: An effect that triggers when the unit is played.

Farewell: An effect that triggers when the unit dies.

End: An effect that triggers at the end of each turn.

Flying: The unit is only able to be flocked by units with flying or reach.

Reach: This unit can block units with flying

Preempt: Resolves before other cards.

Charge: Can be played directly into the attack zone.

  • Units with charge will be able to attack the turn you play them.

Vigilance: Can be played directly into the defense zone.

  • Units with vigilance will be able to block the turn you play them.

Aggressive: Is unable to block or enter the defense zone.

  • Can still be moved by other effects.

Garrison: Is unable to attack or enter the attack zone.

  • Can still be moved by other effects.

Pacify: Is unable to attack or block.

Resist: The first enemy spell or ability to affect this unit doesn’t affect it.

Cycle X: Discards X cards so that you draw more cards next turn.

Unstoppable: Will keep attacking until no excess damage remains.

  • If a unit with Unstoppable attacks and kills a blocking unit in combat and survives, the unit with unstoppable will attack again. This process continues until a blocker survives the attack, the Unstoppable unit is killed in combat, the Unstoppable unit deals damage to an opponent's hero, or the unstoppable unit has dealt total damage equal to its power.
